Cut-off time: Orders & payments placed before 11AM are processed the same day. Orders after 11AM are processed the next business day.
Delivery: We book next-day delivery with our couriers. Remote/outlying areas may take 1–2 extra days.
Weekend orders: Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday morning.
Collection: Couriers collect the same afternoon your order is processed.
Receiving your box: Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel. If you’re not home, use a work address or alternative delivery point.
Responsibility: Ladle Fine Foods is not responsible for parcels that cannot be delivered if no one is available to receive them.
We deliver for FREE in Cape Town and surrounding areas, including Paarl, Franschhoek, Wellington, and Malmesbury.
We normally don’t deliver outside these areas, but if you’re keen to help us test our limits, we’ll gladly try! Please note that extra courier costs may apply and we cannot guarantee that products will arrive cold once they leave our core delivery zones,but we’re always up for the challenge.
